Krista from Readers.com was kind enough to send me a few pairs of frames and an invitation to participate in their Readers on Location campaign. Readers.com is a U.S. company that started out as a small, living room business that has grown into a veritable one-stop-shop for reading glasses; they stock over 600 styles of readers, sun readers, and safety glasses, and carry powers that are sometimes hard to find in stores. Readers.com ships internationally, and U.S. orders over $30 are shipped free! And the best part? All of their styles fall under $20! I know, right!?
The pair I am wearing is called The Betty, and they are the very embodiment of fun (in a very Dame Edna sort of way). The Readers on Location campaign is meant to showcase where I use and enjoy my reading glasses the most, but I thought that hunkering-down at a computer (which is what I'm usually doing when I'm wearing my glasses) was a bit of a waste when the beautiful west coast of Scotland is right outside the door. Instead, I decided to take The Betty for a wee wander down the road. Wellies on, everyone!
